SHIMWELLS YAMAHA received it's name from the two Shimwell brothers who, more than 100 years ago, ran numerous hobby shops across South Africa. In the early years they imported BSA and Triumph motorcycles but started dealing in Yamaha in the early 70's. Andre, Braham & Zac Botha took over the business in 1991. Since then SHIMWELLS YAMAHA has grown to become one of the biggest Yamaha dealers in Gauteng/South Africa.
